why we're trying to reach you

If you've missed a call from us, a letter's arrived in the post, an email's sitting in your inbox or we've sent you a text - it's simply because we're now managing your account.

The 'account' itself, exists because of an amount of money you haven't paid, which was previously owed to a company you had a financial agreement with, such as a loan, credit card, store card or an insurance policy for example.

The main purpose of us trying to reach you - is to firstly make sure that you're aware of the debt (which may currently be listed on your credit file and be dragging your score down). We want to tell you more about how we can support you (thinking about repayment plans and where to go for free, independent advice), and to understand what's going on in your life finanacially, to be sure that you can repay the debt in the most affordable way.
