As part of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation process, we use our management team’s significant experience in financial regulation to develop an approach, set of values and culture that ensures customers’ rights are protected. We consider the updated FCA regulatory changes that came into place on 1 April 2014 to be our minimum standard and we strive to set best practice in the industry.

We're also members of the Credit Services Association and we are actively involved in addressing key industry issues such as wrongful identification and inaccurate data.
