Having implemented extra safety precautions across the operation (including the move to home working for our staff) we are in fact still able to regularly manage all post and correspond with customers as usual. Please ensure that your full name, post code and account number(s) are included within your email. Please also note that when processing Cheques and post as normal, there may be delays with the actual processing of Cheques.
