We challenge ourselves to achieve high regulatory standards through quality assurance.
Our internal audit team ensures we continually push ourselves towards this goal.
As part of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation process, we use our management team’s significant experience in financial regulation to develop an approach, set of values and culture that ensures customers’ rights are protected. We consider the updated FCA regulatory changes that came into place on 1 April 2014 to be our minimum standard and we strive to set best practice in the industry.
We're also members of the Credit Services Association and we are actively involved in addressing key industry issues such as wrongful identification and inaccurate data.
We take our responsibility to keep our customers’ personal information secure and private seriously. We seek to ensure our systems are compliant with the highest possible standards and pride ourselves on our integrity.
Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal information that Capquest has about you. If you would like to request a copy of your file, please write to us confirming your request, known as a Subject Access Request and enclose an administration fee of £10.00.
