The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has informed us that Debt Management Company PDHL Ltd has been refused authorisation. According to the regulator, up to 16,000 customers will be affected and Money Advice Service (MAS) will start contacting these customers via letter today – a process that will be completed in stages.
Capquest customers who have Debt Management Plans (DMPs) with PDHL should contact the MAS or one of the other debt charities: The Money Advice Trust (National Debtline), StepChange or Citizens Advice, who will also be able to provide assistance. Capquest will work with these charities to help customers of PDHL and will offer forbearance and further assistance wherever possible. Customers can also contact Capquest directly if they wish.

PDHL is not a Capquest company and is not part of Arrow Global Group Plc. PDHL is a fee charging debt management company customers have elected to use to assist them in repaying their debts.
