How often will I get a statement?
I have made a payment and it does not show on my statement.
I pay a debt management company but can’t see these payments on the statement.

If a payment arrangement is made interest may be suspended.   If suspended then providing the arrangement to pay continues until the balance is cleared no further interest will be applied to your account.   However, if payments are late or stop being made, the interest that has been suspended will be applied to the account.
