How often will I get a statement?
I have made a payment and it does not show on my statement.
I pay a debt management company but can’t see these payments on the statement.
I am still paying the original lender. What should I do?

Any payments we have received from the debt management company will show on the statement unless they were received in our offices after the statement period.

 

As the payment is coming from a 3rd party there may be a delay in the payments being received at CapQuest.   If you are concerned that payments are missing please speak to your debt management company directly.
