How often will I get a statement?
I have made a payment and it does not show on my statement.
I pay a debt management company but can’t see these payments on the statement.

If the payment was made to a third party such as a debt management company, or to one of our agents, this will show on the statement when we receive the money at CapQuest.

If the payment was made after the statement period, it will appear on your next statement.
